“Better Health Begins At The Cell.” -Dr. Bill Cole

(If you have or suspect you might have thyroid related problems go to ColeClass.com and watch the short video (about 23 minutes) that I made for you. It’s free… You don’t even have to give me your email.)

Hey guys, I’ve talked about digestion in a few of my videos. I talked about having pineapple to aid in digestion because of the enzymes in the pineapple help to break your food down and digest it better. But really it starts with gut health, right? We need to fix our gut. And you can do something really, really powerful. It’s been one of the most powerful things that I’ve seen instituted by patients to help the process of healing by healing your gut. So, you have to have a healthy gut if you’re going to be healthy.

Bone broth. Now, you can purchase it in stores or make your own. My wife makes bone broth a lot, but at times we run into time crunches, or honestly, after a while, you just want to get a break if you’re always looking to have bone broth available. One bone broth that we purchased that’s really good is Pressery Bone Broth. It’s got a lot of healthy fat in it. Most of the stuff you find in the grocery store is generally not good. I mean, if you look at the ingredients there’s no fat on it. They’ve removed a lot of the ingredients. This has to stay refrigerated, but it’s just loaded with the things that we expect, collagen, and fat, and the nutrients that we extract from the bones.

The name of this company that we like is Pressery Bone Both, and my favorite is their chicken one. They also have the beef one. My wife, she likes their chicken one better, but if you knew my wife, you’d know how finicky she is, so I don’t know if that really holds any water.

All right. So, that’s bone both. You can make your own. I a meat broth recipe that you can start with. And then you can Google bone broth recipes. Dr. Axe has a bone broth recipe online, I believe, that you can look up. But this is really the place to go, guys, if you want to start healing your gut. I say at least one cup a day. If you can do two cups, three cups a day, the more the merrier.

I hope this helps.

Take care, guys. God bless.

Place the bones back into the pot (add the vinegar) and program to cook on low for 40 hours. Watch the water level and add water as needed.
