“Better Health Begins At The Cell.” -Dr. Bill Cole

(If you have or suspect you might have thyroid related problems go to ColeClass.com and watch the short video (about 23 minutes) that I made for you. It’s free… You don’t even have to give me your email.)

Hey guys, one thing that I am always asked about is breakfast. Especially for those of you that are limited where you can’t have grains because it produces more inflammation in your body. As Americans, we love our grains. I actually talked to a taxi driver in Las Vegas a couple of years ago who was fresh in the United States. We got to talking while he was taking me to my hotel, and he said that the thing that he first noticed when he came here was how heavy Americans are just across the board. He said that he thinks it has so much to do with the breakfast we eat. And I asked him, “What do you mean?” He’s like, “You guys … Everything is bread. Everything is grains. Like bread, and waffles, and biscuits, and pancakes, and cereals.”

And he’s right. We do that. And the old recommendation with the food pyramid was something ridiculous. Like 6 to 11 servings of grains a day. That’s just insane. It’s no wonder we’re so heavy.

And then when you throw in the fact that these grains are genetically modified and they’re loaded with things like glyphosate, which is the herbicide that we know damages our gut and damages our brain, we’re creating the perfect storm. That’s why we’re seeing what we’re seeing today. Especially with so many of these gut and brain problems.

But anyway, so a really simple breakfast for you, if you’re on the go, is to try what I do. What I do is I’ll take some berries. I like blueberries and red raspberries, but any berry will do. Put them in a bowl. I’ll add some banana slices, too, for a little bit more sweetness. Then I will use organic coconut milk that is full fat. Lots of healthy fat!

The thing about canned coconut milk is that it is congealed. It’s almost solid. So, I have to open it up, and then I will set the can in a little pan of warm water. I’ll actually put it on the stove, and it’ll start to warm up. I don’t want a boil. But in the process, this will start to melt. It looks like frozen milk. It’s white. And then as it’s melting, I will stir it. And it’ll turn into a liquid. It looks like milk. I’ll take that, I’ll put it into its own container, and I’ll stick it in the refrigerator and it won’t solidify again. But it’s just really good. You can pour this over the fruit.

If you want it a little bit sweeter, you can drizzle a little bit of pure maple syrup on it or raw honey. You can use Stevia, too, if you like it a little bit sweeter. But it’s a really quick breakfast. Very nutritious for you. Super healthy fat. You have your fruits, phytonutrients here, tons of antioxidants, and it’s super quick.

I hope this helps.

Take care, guys. God bless.
