“Better Health Begins At The Cell.” -Dr. Bill Cole

(If you have or suspect you might have thyroid related problems go to ColeClass.com and watch the short video (about 23 minutes) that I made for you. It’s free… You don’t even have to give me your email.)

Hey guys, coming to you today with a really simple message, and that is regarding a product we used with great success in my clinic, Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. I’m not a salesman for Bragg. They don’t know who I am. There are other ones out there, but we use Bragg because it’s readily available.

How many of you have seen the advertisements when you go fishing around on Facebook, on the Internet, or in magazines? There’s always something that we’re seeing about apple cider vinegar and all of its amazing benefits.

Well, you will not find a bigger skeptic in the world than me. And when I was first reading this stuff, I was thinking, “Come on, it’s so simple. How could something so simple have such profound impact in people’s lives in terms of their health?” Well, I started to read up on it, read up about the acidic acid that’s in here, what it does, and then I started to incorporate it into my practice.

I’m telling you, it’s the real deal. This stuff can make a difference.

If you’re having digestive issues, I recommend with my patients one tablespoon of it in a small glass of water before the meals. It’ll help digest your food.

Now, you want to look for apple cider vinegar that says “With the mother”. You want to make sure that it is a raw, living food, unfiltered. The stuff that looks like apple juice is no good. It has to be murky. You will see stuff on the bottom.

This is a fermented product, right? So, you’re going to get a lot of good stuff for your gut whenever you consume it. It does help aid digestion, but it also helps to balance the good and the bad bacteria in your gut, too.

The other thing that we use it for is to balance pH. The more acidic we are (our tissues are), the more likely we are to be sick. This seems like it would make you more acidic, but it actually does the opposite. It creates an alkaline ash, and that will alkalinize your system, which is good for health.

The other thing is blood sugar. Arizona State University did a study where they took 11 subjects who were diabetic, not on insulin or taking oral meds, but they were diagnosed by their doctor as diabetic. So, they knew that going into it that they were having trouble regulating sugar levels. They took two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar at night with a piece of cheese, and they had markedly lower blood sugar levels in the morning. And a lot of you out there that struggle with blood sugar, you know, mornings are often time where a lot of diabetics see their numbers rise.

And then weight loss. And this is something that I just experienced myself. In October, I decided I’m going to get back in shape, start working out, start taking better care of myself. I wanted to lose a lot of belly fat. I’ve been taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one in the morning and one in the evening in a small glass of water, and I believe it is making a big difference.

If you can imagine this. Now, weightlifting, I added muscle, right? I only lost three and a half pounds, but I lost almost four inches off of my waist in just my first two weeks. I believe the apple cider vinegar is playing a role in the changes I’ve experienced personally. Why do I believe that? Because I’ve never done it before, and I’ve never seen these kinds of results, and I have a lot of history of up and down, yo-yo dieting type stuff, and I could show you before and after pictures. At almost 60 years of age, I’ve never seen the results that I’m seeing in a short six weeks. So I have to attribute it to something and I believe it’s this.

But anyway, I hope this helps. Put it to use. I’m telling you. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with it.

I hope this helps.

Take care, guys. God bless.
