“Better Health Begins At The Cell.” -Dr. Bill Cole

(If you have or suspect you might have thyroid related problems go to ColeClass.com and watch the short video (about 23 minutes) that I made for you. It’s free… You don’t even have to give me your email.)

Hey guys, so many people are looking for the breakfast ideas, right? So many of you love your coffee. We’ve always been telling people that coffee is not that great for you, and there is some truth in that because mostly it’s the way the coffee is prepared. About 90% of the coffees out there are not organic, and because they are so heavily ridden with pesticides and herbicides, they’re not the best choice for people. Then, the way they roast the coffee is not that great either. It can cause the creation of some toxic compounds that you don’t want to be putting in your body.

But, there are companies out there like Purity Coffee, and I want you to check out their website. PurityCoffee.com. I have no affiliation with them, they don’t know who I am. We just have been recommending them because these guys at Purity, really are paying attention to not only the quality of their coffee bean, but they go organic and they test their batches in three facilities around the world. They are really fastidious in terms of how they prepare the coffee. They roast it in such a way that they raise the antioxidant level, which is very rich in coffee. And, they’re decreasing the toxic compounds that can come from roasting coffee the wrong way.

Brands like Purity Coffee are really turning coffee into a health food. The research, I believe, backs that up. Check out their site, where they have information on that. But, anyway, if you love your coffee and you’re looking for something for breakfast, you can make coffee your breakfast.

The way you do that is by adding certain healthy oils. I would encourage you to go online and look up Bulletproof Coffee recipes, because that Bulletproof is another company that came up with this idea. I believe they’re the ones who came up with it, the idea of adding healthy fats to the coffee. Look, we talk about this a lot. Healthy fat is the biggest missing ingredient in the typical American’s lives. We’ve been brainwashed into believing that fat is not healthy for you. Saturated fat, like in coconut oil in particular, we’ve been told is bad for us.

Nothing could be further from the truth. You have to make a distinction between bad fats and good fats, for sure. God fats, man fats, right? Like we talk about in the videos. But, when you do coffee with adding these fats into them, you are really boosting the nutritional value of that as a drink, and it can be your breakfast. It can be all you have for breakfast. Especially for those of you that are trying to cut your carbs, it’s a great breakfast.

But, here’s how we do it. My wife, what she’ll do is she has her coffee. She’ll add to the coffee her healthy fat of choice, what she likes is coconut manna. This is really just the crushed coconut, but it has a sweetness to it. She likes that in her coffee, to flavor it. Most people what they do, is they add something like coconut oil. In terms of how much, I can’t tell you that. She just likes a little bit, like a teaspoon. Some people like a full tablespoon. They’ll add the coconut oil to the coffee, and then they may add something like grass fed butter. Like Kerrygold butter. You’re going to want to probably get the unsalted version of it. It’s in regular grocery stores. Amish Butter would probably be good. Look for the unsalted for the coffee though. Again, a teaspoon, a tablespoon, however you want to do it.

But, they’ll add both of these in, and then the best thing that we have found is to blend the coffee. You can use like a handheld blender, a blender like a Vitamix, or a Bullet Blender. Whatever you can use to blend it, because if you don’t blend it, this will kind of come out oily for most people. But, when you blend it, it comes out more creamy, and then people really love the taste of it. Plus, you know you’re getting the healthy fats.

Another thing that you can do, again like I said with my wife, she likes coconut manna, which has a sweetness. But, it has all the healthy fats of the coconut. Then, you can also try adding coconut milk, right? We want to go with the organic full fat version of coconut milk. Thai is not my favorite brand because of the fact that there are some things in it that I’m not real fond of, but there are other brands. I think I’ve touched on it before, and there are some that don’t have any of the residue in the lining that they use for the packaging.

But anyway, with the coffee, what you can also do with this is you can add things like cinnamon to it, or you can even add stevia. My wife has a hazelnut stevia that she will add to the coffee. You can add regular stevia. Oh, you can also add drops of vanilla into the coffee. There are a lot of things that you can do.

I would ask you just to check out online, PurityCoffee.com. Then, you can get some understanding about the quality coffee that they make and the health benefits to that. But then also, look online. Just Google “Bulletproof Coffee’s recipes”. You’ll be able to come up with more ideas. But, I hope this helps you, guys. Try blending it, create different ways of doing it, and get the healthy fats into your life. It’s a wonderful way to start your day. You can even have multiple cups throughout the day. I think the research shows that the antioxidants in coffee are really helpful for us, but just look for the quality brands.

I hope this helps.

Take care, guys. God Bless.
